Javier Magaña García is responsible for the successful completion of all customer
projects at Lexsoft. Adopting a hands-on approach, he oversees everything from project
design and troubleshooting through to delivery of ongoing support and services.
Felix Rama Palomar

With over 20 years of experience in the legal technology sector,
Felix Rama Palomar is responsible for Lexsoft’s business operation in Latin America,
including business development and customer support. He is also a Partner at Lexsoft.
Sara García Exposito
Chief Developing Officer

CDO
Sara García Exposito is responsible for development of all Lexsoft
software, including design, programming, testing, bug fixing, and re-engineering.
A client-orientated developer, she also leads her team to drive development of new
and bespoke features, products, and solution integrations for customers. Fluently
bilingual in English and Spanish, Sara has led and managed large and complex
international projects for some of the most prestigious global law firms across
Europe.
